PESS Cloud is a free of charge service offered by the company to simplify the programming for the installers and the experience for the final user. First and foremost it allows connecting the control panel to the web without the need of making any configurations to the router, firewall and other devices, or creating NAT or virtual server, not even a DNS service is needed.
Thanks to PESS Cloud, the installers can offer remote assistance services through Internet using the Elios Prog software and remote management through PC and software such as i.Net. The users can remote manage the system using the specific Apps, receive on the mobile devices real-time push notifications of the events, and of a persistent control panel disconnection alarm on cloud. The Elios control panel firmware can also be updated through WAN, LAN, USB and Cloud.
